Website information and services

This website describes our marketing services and provides general educational resources. Browsing the website, sending an inquiry or downloading a guide does not create a paid engagement. The scope, fees, ownership and delivery terms for any paid work are set out in a separate agreement.

Using free resources

You may download and use our free guides for your own personal or internal business purposes. Unless we give permission, do not resell, republish, redistribute or present our original materials as your own. Rights in third-party research, images, names and other materials remain with their respective owners. Nothing here grants rights we do not own.

Research and results

Guides may discuss research from different dates, survey populations and sources. Historical examples, third-party findings and reported outcomes are provided for context. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, reach, reservations, revenue or other results. Consider the original sources and your own circumstances before acting on information.

Form submissions and email consent

Provide accurate information and use an email address you own or are authorized to use. Do not submit another person’s information without permission or send unlawful, abusive or sensitive information through our forms.

Submitting a free guide form authorizes SV Marketing, operated by Aurelius Quest LLC, to provide the resource and send marketing emails, as explained beside the form. It does not authorize marketing calls, texts or marketing from other companies. You may withdraw marketing consent through the unsubscribe instructions in an email or by contacting [email protected]. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, submit spam or infringe someone else’s rights. We may restrict access or reject submissions that misuse the website.
